For any new owners who got surprised by game results when playing against mostly (or all) CPU player teams, keep in mind that CPU players start with 100 Chemistry (despite what their Chem number states).
So, don't worry, what you're seeing is how much having high Chemistry means to players, not how good (or bad) your builds may be. As the season progresses those teams will fall back as your Chemistry improves.
