Letting owners select what tier they want to drop down to. instead of starting in rookie all over again.

I like this idea. It sounds like it would be fun. I do have some questions though... (1) Where would your players come from? (2) Would there be an extra fee to make up for leveling those players up, unless they were free CPU players? (3) How would they make money on this idea?

I mean you'd still have too pay to keep the team, maybe 100-200 flex to move it to whatever tier you want it in, and you would have too have plan to have the players available to move the team like any team. Making players you could use the pickup option to make players to get to the teir you want to go into.
