I like this skill, don't get me wrong. It's supposed to be a high risk high reward investment since it does so much for you - but you have to be the one to actually do the thing for it to activate. So there's a big chance of it just being useless to you for long streaks if the other teams are quick passing or running away from your player.
But, when a whole whole defensive line takes it, and maybe the OLBs as well, suddenly the risk is mitigated, as if anyone starts the chain it can dramatically demoralize the entire offense and then the chances of someone else being able to get an activation becomes much larger.
It's a little weird that it does effect the entire offense like that - shouldn't it really effect only the people he directly beat? The O-linemen he beat and the HB/QB he tackles? Or if making it effect only those people would be too hard to pull off - how about the effect only being half to a quarter as strong for the rest of the team? The main problem with the skill before was that HBs with B4I had a chance of negating the negatives to themselves entirely which could let them pull off a big play even if their blockers still took full impact - now that the skill is becoming prevalent among many top level teams it has the potential to create spirals a bit too easily.
It's still a developing thing, so this may not be as bad as it seems now, or people may find a way to combat this too - but for now it's a growing threat with no real way to counteract it besides don't ever get TFL or sacked.
