To make them equivalent we would need the base salary of QBs to decrease by 555,000$ and for HBs to raise the same (Keep in mind because of HBs often taking 3 money traits this will end up with them being in general a good bit more than a QB).
So, if my math is correct a traditional Superstar->Rusher->Slipper HB for example would cost 10,593,000$ up from 9,075,000.
