This change log is presented on behalf of GLB2Academy which had each item voted on by the community by over 20 individuals. These items are those of the listed suggestions which obtained majority support.
***SA Adjustments***
-Create an ability tied to Return Awareness.
-Streaky seems potentially withholding its bonuses and only providing its penalties at certain ranks, can this be looked into?
-Add a Footwork bonus to Contain Expert.
-Swat Down should be a universal SA regardless of Coverage Type for CBs.
***Trait Adjustments***
Slow Built could be changed to add an additional AP point at JMan, Pro and Vet for a total of 3 extra AP to help make the Trait less of a trap and more potentially useful for certain build archetypes.
Blitzer should have Snap Reaction added to its list of Skills to better compete with Middle Man and Coverage LB.
Add Balance to Shifty trait.
Increase Dominator salary cost and move Power running reduction to -16% to allow for power WR's.
***General Gameplay Adjustments***
-"Increased difficulty of zone defender reaction roll a bit, making it a little harder to react to the pass early"
This change needs to be reverted, it has had a massive impact on Zone viability.
-Moderately decrease DBs ability to stick with their receiver if they are massively out sped in Man Coverage. Currently it is near trivial for 40-50 Sprinting/50-60 Quickness DBs to maintain coverage on WRs with 80+ Sprinting and Quickness.
Slightly increase effectiveness of Deflecting in Man to compensate.
-Substitutions: Fix/verify that Frequent substitutions cause the higher Energy player to play. This gives some benefit to non-S* heavy teams to make sure that the highest Energy player is in fact playing. Or, add a 4th option with said functionality so people can choose the old Frequent if they like.
-Can we have Pass Awareness have a "health check" to make sure it's functioning as intended? Many are unsure what it even does anymore. QBs with 15 Pass Awareness seem just as "aware" as those with 85.
-2nd and 3rd place league trophies. Consolation game for 3rd place.
-Slightly reduce fumble rate of HBs with Carry Grip in the excess of 90+.
-Reduce SP Malus of Power Running for WRs, TEs and QBs by 5-10%.
-Reduce SP Cost of Strip Technique by 5-10%. It's much worse than Power Tackling for costing nearly as much.
-Allow us to set our own End Game Logic or revise current system.
-The superstar limit for accounts should be removed, or at the very least doubled.
-Do a fix for the QB scrambling tactics - A frequency set to "Often" should get you 5-10 scrambles a game.
-Add a setting in Playbook to force a position to pass pro rather than just enable possibility. For example: possibility of forcing FB or TE to stay in trenches.
-Allow the Star Player Meters to refill after creating a Star Player.
-Allow us to sort our player list.
-Give cpu dots templates (let the players contribute, please). Then Team Owners could select CPU players that exist now for free OR pay some FLEX (I'm thinking 50% of the current cost) to buy a CPU player based on a Template. You can see the Caps but you can't allocate the points. This would allow new/struggling Team Owners to get access to some of the better builds that the older crew has figured but they can't get someone to build. Allow them to get S* too. This would massively improve some teams. Can't recruit enough S* to compete? Grab a S* Template as a CPU (paying 50% of the FLEX cost) and beef up your roster. (thanks to Xars for expanding this idea)

***Fluff Adjustments***
-Add an indicator to the weather segment of the replay to show which way the wind is blowing.
-Add a player's HoF ranking to it's player page.
-Add Team HoF for Owners.
-The HoF need revamped, older players in it have a huge advantage in rankings... this needs recalculated or at least give us to option to rank players past Season 25 or so.
***Begin a Development Road Map***
Start identifying changes you want to make to the community down the road so we can begin to prepare for them. No one wants to get blindsided by change that invalidate their team in their first season of Vet or in Pro, etc. These don't need to be concrete examples by any stretch. But something as simple as like - We intend to look into lowering the reaction time of Zone players against the pass in S62 goes a long way to letting people know which way the wind is blowing and start potentially accounting for changes. It also allows us to make suggestions that we otherwise hold back - because, sure we'd like them - but if the trade off is this one thing that would take some time to implement or a bunch of other things - then we'll take the bunch of things usually instead.
