Concept: Boost WR play, especially streaks/corners, etc., and coincide that with safer QB play from stupidly underthrown passes that get picked by linebackers (especially in zone). Defenses need to respect the deep threat more. TEs in this game seem to steal all the passing limelight.

The SIM is currently pro-running while the pass game is very dink-dunk JimmyG-esque. It's all rather boring.

I'm obviously very pro-run but this is a great suggestion. The outside passing game is what separates great passing teams from good ones and it could definitely use some love in this sim.
