Big Kicks was PH on both plays. So, did you mean to put the punter there and put the kicker instead? Or, did you leave PH empty and the CPU populated it with the kicker?
I've found the CPU adds players to open depth chart spots first before populating the rest of the line-up. And, it will use players who are listed at other positions to do it.

Ill just redo my dchart and make sure. He was placed in kicker slot, just never had this happen before.

I agree with Ace, make sure to fill out your depth chart fully in field goals. That will fix it. The system does exactly what he says and adds players randomly everywhere unless you fill it.
