Looks more like Trash Talk fired twice. Trash Talk seems to be doing inordinate morale loss from what I can tell.
In RIF v Clone Factory today in a critical drive Trash Talk fires and causes the QB to lose 19-20 Morale.

Look at the play prior, Abe Heller has 48-49 morale. The play is incomplete. Everyone else on the team loses 4-5 morale for the incomplete pass. Trash Talk Fires and Abe Heller is at 24 morale. And this is for what I assume is Silver Trash Talk.
So, in all likelihood, your QB did benefit from Second Wind. And then proceeded to lose 40+ morale from double Trash Talk.
