What's up with the 360 by the HB after he gets the pitch? Does the HB always do a 360 on this play? I just started trying this play out.

That sucks. This formation would be pretty good if the HB strong side run was worth a damn. I am lobbying for them to add strong side QB run. Can't believe they have weak side QB run (which sucks because the QB always runs into the HB) but don't have strong side QB run.
