It can activate against just a good bull rush, because blockers naturally get stunned a bit when hit by one. TV can cause a stun in the right conditions. Resolute is an awesome skill.

Is this an actual stun or is it just getting knocked off balance?

Resolute fires quite a bit against bull rushers, so the OL is getting stunned. Any good hit can cause a stun, both in run blocking and pass blocking.

Yup, it's the skill I see activate most against my DTs, really annoying since they are built to work on those stuns.

either way the skill fires, I'd imagine since the skill says it works on stuns - probably the stun.
