Instead of trying to jam as many Pickup games into a few days, could you allow us the option to build the Player at any tier?

Yes Please, sometimes I'd like to see how an end build performs without going through every tier.

Yes, please!!
Also, why force us to use Flex to max out a pick up player?
If we max out a pick up player, won't we then want to duplicate that with an actual player and then spend the Flex to do it?
However, you'd have to tinker with the amount of Flex needed to convert a pick-up player to actual player when you allow this.

You can convert your Pickup player to an actual player. You don't have to rebuild it.
Missing out on the SP boosts doesn't change things that much. Typically your testing stuff with Pickup players and don't need all the SPs.

Actually, I find it's quite an issue. If I want to see how a particular build will play at the Vet level but can't use any of the boosts (without paying) then what's the point? He'll be well short of his true potential at Vet.
Also, I'm testing to see how a build matures through the tiers and what stats are most important at what levels. So, being able to start at JMan or Pro instead of at the beginning would be a great time saver. I'm not looking to build a Pick-up player and convert.
And, if Pick up player boosts are free, as they should be, it just means it'll cost more to convert him to an actual player.
