Is Sky Man Under a blitz play? If so, maybe his blitz awareness is too low. It looks like he's running to a spot to defend a pass and not realizing the ball has been handed off.
But it sure looks like he's running away from the FB.

Yeah, he's actually in a deep zone and just doesn't make a very fast awareness check... but it sure looked funny when I first saw it lol.
