Check out this nonsense from a FS with 80 Pursuit, 60 Balance, 55 Quickness. This sort of retardation only seems to happen after Closing Speed fires (and, presumably ends): https://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/733844/1388073

I have no idea why he turned. I know if sure footed fires while a guy is turning he shoots off in whatever direction he was facing when it fired.
