we are wanting to run a scrim for the bengals and im running low on flex myself, gotta boost classic players 
but on classic you can donate to the team and use "team Flex" to start scrims. is there a way to do that in GLB?

Your GM and i think ass.GM can runs scrims

You could give them your login info have them donate then change your password. Better trust them though.
