My star WR drops everything if he’s touched even though he has high grip, CIT, and hands.

My deep threat only consistently catches passes downfield with people all over him, although he has little CIT. If he’s open he’s liable to drop it. Also hands stacked.

Inside outside threat refuses to catch an open football. Doesn’t bother making the wide open big play unless he’s tightly covered or doubled (literally drops wide open home run plays but will make jumping catches in double coverage on the regular)

Speed Slot guy doesn’t give me any problem but of course First Step refuses to work now

My TE’s swear they’re WRs and act the same way as my deep threat.

Never had this problem before until I came back. Maybe I missed something in on of the logs, but for Journeyman I still shouldn’t be seeing this so consistently. Thoughts?

All I see are subjective qualifiers in this post. The problem with all your posts is that you never give enough info for anyone to try to help you. You'd need to open the builds for people to help you. Nobody knows what your idea of "high grip" or "hands stacked" is. The best skills to combat drops are rec hands, rec consistency, and pass technique. If your WRs only have ~70 hands then yeah, they're gonna drop the ball.

Also, if you're playing a zone team just expect more drops. There seems to be an extra roll when wide open (most likely consistency or maybe even aware) that causes more drops vs zone.

Your consistency, balance, CIT, and footwork are all pretty low. CIT and consistency are already capped out at 40 and 45.

Those receivers are going to struggle past journeyman. Your physical caps are high enough to do something if the conditioning weren't so low.

He's only recorded one drop so I am guessing it is more of a he's not catching due to nearby defender situation which means he needs more CIT

Im testinv the true importance of footwork for WR. I have one with base 13 footwrk still. I think it was raid that mentioned the exact moment a WR uses footwork is to make his final adjustments to the ball just before the catch. So far i havnt been able to tell a difference in having or not having footwork on a Wr. Now we are still in sophmore so maybe ill see a change as the dots age. The only thing that has shown a slight result: he doesnt have the abilty to turn and run as quick as the others after making initial catch

I’m still not a believer of footwork, but I’m definitely working on balance now. Typically lag behind on that regard on my receivers until I get their hands/physicals situated.

I run a dink and dunk/downfield offense so the end game is to have outstanding physicals and enough hands for YAC. Should I focus cap boosts on consistency or CIT? (for anyone who’s ran this before your opinion is welcome as well)
