Conditioning cost w/ jittery is 8% lower not 8% higher, either fix the description or fix the SP effect

It's actually a little over 17% more for skill points

The hard thing to do is point out the agents who purposly took advantage of this over the people who accidently stumbled on it. And no one, except their opponents lol, would be happy with a "punishment" mid season. Having the a free mandatory reset during offseason would be the smoothest fix for every one i think is what corndog has come up with. Its been adjusted to work correctly now so now one can continue to use the advantage, nor can the ones already with their slight buffed conditioning stat cant take it any higher if they havnt maxed it out already.
