Zone pass defense domi ate player. Power tckle at 23 strip tech at 17. Caused 3 forced fumbles in a single game, highest of all my defense in fact only player to get 3 ffum in a single game. I have power run stopping LBs with 70 power and 40 strip or plenty of variations of that as test builds. Why is it the player with almost no tackling skill has better games than players stacked in hard hitting fumble creating stats?

Not upset in any way, just making me think power tackle is useless lol

LOLB is a key turnover position, like DE and CB, so that could have a bit to do with it.

that being said, is it positional and not stat based? if i made pure rushing now tackle DE i could prpduce equal fumbles as pure stregth DE?

It’s stat based. I think what atl was tryna say was that there are good blitzes for the LOLB? If not, his reply doesn’t really make sense. 4/5 of your FFUMs on that guy are QB hits. Yes you’re gonna force more fumbles sacking a QB w no carry grip vs RBs who are heavily invested in grip and SAs.
