Does it impact fumbles? I have a powerback with 71 carrying grip, but he's been fumbling like crazy. Could it be because I set his carrying style to power? Is it better to leave it as combo?

I'd say your carry grip is to low. Power backs needs atleast 90+ and will still fumble from time to time depending on the Defense Special Abilities

yea im not really too worried about fumbles because they just happen with a powerback considering how much more contact they make

IMO it effects fumbles pretty heavily as its more head on collisions. just do North/South i wouldnt be surprised if you see a nice difference

quick question to piggy back to powerbacks in general. is 100 power running the hard cap? does power through gold make that 100+15+Base then atleast 50% of that value? does the +3 from north/south not matter at 100 power running? also what if power through activates and then stiff arm activates do they stack together or does which ever happened last override the first?

Id guess the developers would have to answer that!!!

its kinda funny when you think about it because if it does cap at 100 then if you have have 100 power rushing and set it to power all your really gaining is -5 elusive. conversely if it does cap at 100 then taking power rushing to 95 and using the power tactic is a better use of points

I'm fairly certain there isn't a cap.

Also, I've noticed a significant difference in fumble % between the different styles. Like vipermaw said, switch from power to North/South.

i like north south as it usually performs better than power that being said im currently using power

We don’t believe their are hard caps.

Lots of testing has shown that your skill values can go above 100.

Primary reason is because there is a base value of skills. Then the skill value is added to that.
