Rather than make them search you out, a more effective strategy might be to put links to your players in the appropriate tier thread (Rookie, Vet, etc.) so that people searching will find them easily.

thought crossed my mind, but i looked at the first couple of them and the last posts were months ago. figured I'd just throw it in here to see if there were actually any people left
