Off season changes should be much harsher but with a much quicker recovery.

Something needs to be in place to keep clowns in check.

I think in season should actually be harsher. IRL youd have an offseason to gel. In season it will take time. I think zero chem with double chem growth, would be fair in season. 50 chem double growth for offseason

I agree, not for real life reasons though. The thing is you don’t want someone with a cache of alternative style players that can plug them in from game to game. You don’t want to gameplan for an all passing team just to have them plug in a pure rushing QB and pure run blocking TEs and WRs with no way to counter that.

Which is why chem works but I think we all agree growth is way too slow. Double the rate may work

For sure. You want it to be just harsh enough to solve the problems. Mid season changes should be like 0 chem for two games then maybe totally full for the third or very quickly get there.
