Has anyone had success with it?

What's it supposed to do is my question. is it supposed to knock a player down? Slow them down? What does the receiver losing balance actually accomplish

Slows them down. Gives them penalties to anything balance related.

In my testing, it fires so infrequently I can't see it being worth the investment.

I’ve tried it and it almost never fired. Didn’t seem to do much when it did.

Do you guys think rough cover would be a viable use for zone defenses?
