Here is a thought I was brought to by someone.

What if there was a page that showed Free Agents or Marketplace players. Obviously GLB2 has this today but what is it lacking? Detailed player info (Traits), who the agent is, agents last login time to see if its an idle agent?

I am throwing this out there to see what your thoughts are on this. It would benefit GM and Owners as they would have an increased focused look at who is available to recruit through GLB2Scout.

Let me know and lets get brainstorming to see what this could be, or if should be.

I like this idea - last login time would be the most beneficial information to have in my opinion.

What the Marketplace is really missing is players on a team but available (CPU team or did not renew contract). It only shows players not on a team.

Sadly I can't fix/replace this mechanic. I can only parse the site and get more info and present in an informative fashion. Only other mechanic I could do is build a marketplace in GLB2Scout, but that doesn't help as its not integrated into the site, and would require everyone an account and that is just not realistic.

That is what I was thinking more than anything. I know I would have to parse each player, then their agent in the list which means each page search might 5-10 seconds which might be too slow?

What do you mean? Combine stats as in player combine values not literally combine the stats and sort right?

Yeah the 40 yard dash and bench press. Not sure how useful it would be but it would be immersive
