Is their any sort of out of position penalty. For example, if I used a HB at WR or TE at FB does it have any negative affects on the players skills and abilities?

It's been speculated that there is, but the amount penalized is uncertain.

-10% to anyone playing out of position...I think.

I would guess awareness and technique-based, but that's just a guess
