I had to re submit contracts for all players from the Roster page on the Team site, I just re-submitted all contracts based on this seasons and it worked!

Before I was trying to offer the contracts individually and it would not let me!

For whatever reason, the game requires that you have enough space to sign the new player for a medium contract in order to even be able to send a low offer.

It is a line in the coding that needs to be expanded upon to fix probably.

If you have google chrome, I made a chrome extension that should allow you to do it (let me know if it doesn't work/you find bugs): https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/glb2-extension/hbmgbedkodbplchaacodkgnheomnjeol

It also has some other little features like a dismiss all pickup games button and makes the "Show More" button work for the coaches section on team pages.
