Probably not. He was only on the team long enough for him to open his build and, as soon as the owner saw it, he got cut.

Probably not a good way to keep new agents (assuming hes new)

Signing crap players with closed builds is probably not a good way to keep any of the agents already on a team. And does anyone really want new agents who won't put forth the effort to learn how to make a decent build?

New agents almost never have caps that high or max anything out. This looks like someone that knows what their doing intentionally built a bad player.

With new agents it's always the same. Low caps and points spread out everywhere.
