Chemistry penalizes builds for 80-90% of the season. It hurts the rookie team owner the most as he most likely not putting together all the roster spots from himself. So come season 2 he will have guys go inactive or maybe God forbid he wants to try some different ideas with his roster. Forgot about it unless you enjoy getting punish fucked for up to 90% of the games... Oh and yeah you're spending money on something that punishes you. Super Fun.
