Quick question guys for anyone who ever has the scout tool or had the scout tool, but remembered how it worked. If you create a player build and filled out the end build at level 25 and decide to build it from the the scout tool to your GLB2 account, will your player start out with the end build at level 25, or will you it start out as a rookie?

In my experience you always start as rookie.

Rookie. You can just see what the build will look like at level 25.

Yes.

I wish there was a way you could create players at any level but they don't allow that.

It's called virtual player for a reason
