what plays are good against inside rushing but not extremely vulnerable to outside rushing?

I think this depends on your personnel. I designed my defense to use 3 down linemen vs the pass and 4 down linemen versus the run. Using the two formation allows us to bring in specialists. I think you could revese it and do it the other way as well
