I know there's been some heated debate over mid-season signings and the low chemistry plague.

But can anyone layout exactly what chemistry does other than make players perform better or worse. Specifically, what is chemistry governing, and how bad are the penalties from low contracts?

Thanks

No one knows the penalties exactly, but its noticeable enough. I believe it affects all attributes of the player, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm an advocate for reducing the chemistry penalty in general, but especially the off season. I wouldn't really call it a debate since the majority of people agree it should be reduced.

I believe Corn Dog once said it was a 5% penalty. Seems much more extreme to me.
