It seemingly does nothing. My 80 return awareness HB is just as hesitant and stupid as my 14 return awareness HB.

I'm slowly learning that this game revolves around determining which stats are broken and not investing in them. Please fix the broken stats, there's quite a few of them. It's a HUGE deterrent for new players.

Pretty much is....... no matter what, do not put points into return awareness
