I didn't get a response on the main forum post, so I would probably consider this a bug at this point.
Human team distribution across leagues needs to spread as evenly as possible to maximize humans per league.
Rookie started out as 12 in Red, 4 in Indigo, 1 in Green. Now it's 12 in Red, 5 in Indigo, and 4 in Green.
It doesn't make a lot of sense that as more teams join, it still splits them 5 and 4 across the other two non-filled leagues. Shouldn't there be a combination process as the schedule is being made to fix this?
There's 21 rookie teams. Three 7 person leagues or two leagues with 12 and 9 would be so much better than 12/5/4. More than half the opponents, in two leagues, are CPU but there's plenty of human teams that won't even face off once.
