I am going to buy a team next season this team is probably going to go up all the way to the VET leagues but I will need a long term coaching staff and players. I was off the game for sometime but I'm back.
I will be looking for all coaches. I would like to plan with the head coach and the coordinators on how the offense and defense will look like. I wanted to get started early so everything is not last minute.
I will first start looking for the Management positions first.

Requirements For GM job
1. will need experience for 2 to 3 seasons
2. Solid knowledge of the game
3. not required but someone with connections
4. not required but someone with a championship background

More likely to recruit if agents know you have a plan in place and how exactly you want to build the roster.

I want to have a pass-first team. But I need lots of help this will be the first team I own and I don't want to do it alone. So I want to have a GM to help or a head coach that can help.

Thought this might have been related to my Sin City Saints team from Season 28 for a few minutes!

No I was a GM for a team called the Sin City Saints for 5 or 6 seasons n then the owner stopped playing so he stopped controlling the team and was inactive.

offense is up. Now just need player to make them I will send them the build sheet personally.

If we don't get enough players. This team will not be made.
