Self explanatory - I know a lot of us have some broken builds at the moment and would like to refocus to stay competitive to keep up with the evolution of the sim.

little to late for that, we had to live through a miserable ugly season so the least they could have done was provide free respecs across the board.
whatever, changes were good enough to fix a lot of the issues so its worth the monetary investment on our end i guess.
