yeah digital daggers is pretty prompt with it he was in my league this season an has always answered my inquiries pretty fast

The guy ignored my request for help. If the game wasn't so unique for the time being I would have stopped playing due to the awful customer service I've received.

I've been here for years and DD is normally pretty good when I deal with him.

DD has helped me numerous times; good dude.

agree with last couple guys been playin 2yrs an DD always been real good at gettin back to me pretty quickly

I am going to guess, by some odd mishap, that your request was never received, Brett.

The only other possibility is that your request was so ludicrous as to be interpreted as a joke.

The alternative to contacting DD seems to be to find out where Bort lives, break in, and fix your problem yourself. You will probably pass from old age before anyone else from support answers without DD pushing them too.
