My pickup player started a game that seems to have frozen. I thought it would just cleat itself up, but after waiting a long while, it's still frozen. Any advise?

Send in a support ticket and hope, the admins have to manually reset the game and they have been spotty about logging in anymore.
You can also make a post on the bugs forum, but I'd suggest at least making a post within the thread the other guy in the bugs forum started for visibility. They tend to look there first.
The support ticket is usually the best option though.
