I don't have time to run the team right now, and would like to turn the team over to the GM. I am giving 90% of control over to anyone who wants to take it and will hire the most qualified. I may suggest changes only in the most glaring of situations, but I'll let the GM make the final call. We have some good pieces, especially on defense, but I don't have time to sketch gameplans and I am inexperienced at it to begin with.
Although not required, I would love it if the GM had someone immediately who could OC and/or DC so that the workload is not all on one person.
I will look at this in the morning to see, want to hire someone within the next 24hrs.
Experience, especially good experience is prefered, but I am willing to hire anyone at this point.
