Pretty sure you can't run a FB as a HB unless you have no HBs on the roster. I know if you have no HBs on the roster and two FBs you can't choose which one plays HB except maybe out of the two TE set or Diamonds set.

Why not just build a good HB to do the job? Oh yah the flex cost difference

I'm almost certain that the key to a great rushing FB is 100 diving/heart.

Well if you want to run only out of goaline with a fullback lead be my guest but that makes you extremely easy to playcall against. a FB is supposed to help block as well or else you have to plan around him, planning that hard around him though makes him a nearly useless tool and easy as hell to spot. It's not like he's going to give you help on a push up the inside so a hb run up the gut from there is near suicide, off tackle would be a joke, outside HB or inside FB is your run options then and outside HB is going to be weak if the FB sucks donkey balls and lets a guy get a great angle.
