I created several rookie players in the Goal Line Scout tool after the season started. I didn't realize it until after several games went by that I should have been given an option to "catch up" experience wise with the rest of the players. Now I have a bunch of players on my team that I created in the tool that are way behind in skill points. Is there a way to fix this? Is there at least a catch up option that occurs at the end of the season to bump up the players to the same level entering their Sophomore season?

Does play time determine how much players get in the way of Skill Point experience? So--if you have a backup who only gets a few snaps, is his XP decidedly lower than the starters who get a lot of snaps?

No. Every player on the roster gets the same amount of SPs, whether you play every play or play no plays.

Yep, everyone gets the same 750 SP every game.

Yes. Every player on both rosters get the same rewards.
