First thing i would say is get your condition up at least into the 40s, then decide what you want his main focus to be and dump all your points into that for a while. The way you're spreading the points out now keeps your player mediocre at everything and not good enough at any one thing. The low Conditioning also means that he's too tired most of the time to really perform well.
