Warrior General Games

So, in watch the game replays, each player has a blue bar and a green bar. I've mouse hovered, code-looked, etc...but I can't find out for sure what they are.
I'm fairly certain that the blue slider is that players CONDITIONING (but not 100% certain)...and the green I'm GUESSING is...team chemistry?

Any help?

Blue is Conditioning/Energy and green is morale.
