Heeellll no. Then there would be no need for depth and all the teams would just load up on S*s and put low salary guys to fill in the void/bench. Dumbest idea ever.

Depth actually should be needed more. They should actually make stamina drain faster so we would have to use more depth, bigger rosters and less S*s per team.

Not sure what low salary has to do with conditioning besides morale possibly partially effecting it's levels.

Cmon GE, i can't beat your dumb ideas by a mile.

But why wouldn't be need for depth? Depends how they make it, i'm saying they could get rid of conditioning skill up, they could just use default for every player.

I'm not saying "no energy", players would get tired, and need to be subbed out, etc, the way it is everyone gets 75+ conditioning for S*s and they play in all snaps anyways...

So you don't want to get rid of conditioning, you want everybody to have the same conditioning. Big difference.

No it doesnt. Getting rid of conditioning = never having to sub. Giving everybody average conditioning = subbing a ton.

I pushed for a conditioning cap or adjustment once the meta made HB's OP to try and force substitutions, but it was ignored... after that I went with the whole if you can't beat them, join them and now I don't care. I just look at the stats in this game as if its NCAA, not NFL.

It's all about roster configuration and high salaries at the optimal positions.

It's not about how much a player can make but rather how much a team can spend.

Wouldn't it be wiser to fix the salary roster cap than it is to raise player salaries?
