Not seen that one before, seriously though what is up with the guy causing the fumble recovering it 9/10 now? And what is up with the guy who lost the fumble never recovering it? Both those things are not what normally happens in real games, usually someone else will grab it not involved with the 2... and the fact that so many recoveries are happening by the hitting player and none are grabbed by the guy who got hit, that seems disingenuous.
I don't think either player should have a shot after a tackle to grab it, unless it is a 'strip' then both should have the chance to fall on it. I also think on the 'popped loose' ones that both the defender and the guy who just lost the ball should be able to scramble for it, after they've been taken down to the ground and both had a chance to get up.
Might give some hidden value to the ability that let you stand up sooner
