I took a respec on my LB. I decided not to change much. Cap boost is only giving me one additional point instead of 5 on conditioning.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it is a bug. 2 cap boosters only get me 2 additional SPs in conditioning.

His conditioning before the respec was 81. Now using both of my returned cap boosters I can only get it to 78.

When importing the player to the scout tool I am able to get conditioning to 81 with a single cap boost, it must be a bug.
