Either add motion (pre-snap) to the Offense (like the D has with Cover Tiger) with the HB or use a quick Counter step for the FB.
Motion pre-snap (no Counter):
With Sweep Right for example, have the HB start moving towards the Strong side and become the lead blocker. Currently the HB blocks behind the play. (Note: this is an example of my Fix 20 plays per season suggestion. The HB should be a lead blocker and not block behind the play.)
No Motion pre-snap so add a Counter step:
Again using Sweep Right as an example, have the HB become the lead blocker to the Strong side. Have the FB do a small step to the Weak side, then back to the Strong side positioning him behind the lead blocking HB.
Add Right/Strong and Left/Weak versions.
