Say Gold Power Through and Grinder fire almost simultaneously. Does your player get a +27 power rush bonus (+12 from grinder and +15 from PT)?

Doubtful only in that it seems that SA's that activate typically have a duration and that duration seems to preclude other SA's from activating.
DE's can pop Tunnel Vision and then Spin Cycle but I don't recall seeing it happen back to back. Usually there's a 1-2 second delay before the next SA fires.
