If intimidation increases pressure, lets say the pressure range increases, could it make the QB throw earlier? What i mean is with low intimidation the QB doesnt notice the defender until he is closer, with more int the QB will feel pressured when he is farther, thus releasing/moving earlier.

Intimidation only decreases morale. Which is where errant throws come from. Decrease in your skills makes it more likely to throw bad throws.
Has nothing to do with how quick the qb throws because he's "hurried" by your intimidation factor.

Right. But the pressure only reduces their morale. Which makes it less likely they see you coming, not more likely. Although I've built a decent amount of intimidation players with 100 conditioning now and I feel as though while I can see the effects it probably is a bit of a flat skill compared to others considering it's hefty price tag.
Either increase its effect as a skill or reduce its price so it's more in line with the rest of the skills it matches with. (Heart, toughness, snap reaction, leadership)

Hmm got it, so its more like increases the effects of pressure, not pressure itself.

Pretty much. Just like the other modifiers (heart, toughness, leadership) it works to bring morale up/down which in effect modifies your overall skill levels. It is more likely that higher intimidation increases the radius of the skill though maybe? Which is what their intention of increasing chances of a hurry is all about?

That part of the description leads to believe that increases de radius. Its an extra in comparison to heart, toughtness and leadership, other type of effect.
