I tried and failed to look through the change log to verify that it now uses pass blocking in addition to run blocking. This is true correct?

Yes, is uses the average of both run and pass blocking.

- Special teams blocking interactions now use an average of pass and run block related skills so 100% rushing or 100% rush defense teams don't have a ridiculous advantage on kickoffs and punts

Yet another hit to ST stats. Just when we thought STs was boring before. Hey I have an idea, why not just have Punters fumble the snap more often so punting isn't so awesome!

It would make it more exciting than watching punters fail at any type of accuracy and kicking touch backs regularly. Haha

Just nerf punt power.

I think punt hands should be made more important.

It use to be important when punters dropped snaps often with low hands.
