I cannot add my own players to my team, why not? I go to the recruit tab and try to offer contract but it says I can't select a team. I do own a team now, so why does it show that I can't select a team at the contract offer?

Nevermind, I now understand the cap level and so basically I had to ditch all my players and start over with new ones.
