Just combine Seasoned and J-Man. J-Man is prob the worst tier anyways, so lump the points into Seasoned...that way once protection comes off you are a bit more prepared for the upward ladder matches you are forced to play... Also, this gets us to Vet sooner.
They already said they want to keep Rookie/Soph in previous posts this was brought up.

Bort/C-Dog. I had a direct response here on the forums awhile back when I brought it up last about Rookie, so now that its a dead end I've went with the idea about combining Seasoned/J-Man... DD posted awhile back he would bring up combining tiers, so most likely I'd imagine that's our best shot at getting something done with Ladder.
