Hmm, I see the same thing. My guess is some stats for positions aren't being calculated(so far seen it with HB & QB). Hard tot ell which though because the HB tables show receiving stats.

Unfortuntelu I am in Punta Cana this week. So it will have to wait until next week. But I can always rerun stats

Ok using the example of Derek Jeter, I found the issue. This stems around negative points such as Interceptions. I was calculating the fumbles loss value with a negative value with a function then applying that result with a minus of the score so... thus - - its a + so it was adding points rather than subtracting.
Calculations
113 Yards = 6 points
1 Reception = 1 point
6 Rec Yards = 1 point
1 KR TD = 6 points
1 Rec Fum Loss + 1 Rush Fum Loss = 4 points <<<< TOTAL of 17 points if you add these
1 Rec Fum Loss + 1 Rush Fum Loss = -4 points <<<< TOTAL of 9 points if you subtract these
Luckily this is only a display issue on Fantasy Teams page, this has been updated and should reflect the same that you should see in Fantasy Scores (which is what is in the dB)
